For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We aim to offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
For information about customs process:
- Customs & Duties: While we are a UK-based company, we do aim to ship internationally all over the world. Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Customers - or recipients - are responsible for paying any import duties, customs, additional taxes or fees as they are not included in the price at checkout. We have no control over when or for how much these fees are charged (it varies by country, city, and package), and we are not able to pay them ahead of time or take care of them on our end.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
We are unable to offer delivery to British Forces Postal Office addresses
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
